What happened on the night of July 23?
Ibiza registered two illegal luxury-villa parties running in parallel, in two different municipalities, on the night of July 23 into July 24, 2026. At Villa Candelas, a five-star property between Jondal and Ibiza Sur in Sant Josep de sa Talaia, 700 square metres built on a 20,000-square-metre plot with eight bedrooms, a spa with sauna and hammam, a private cinema converted into a party room and a rooftop gym, the crowd hit around 600 people by 4:30am. Its own commercial listing caps the villa at 16 guests. Across the island in Santa Eulària des Riu, Villa Da Noi Due, a 25-million-euro property that rents for 60,000 to 80,000 euros a week, built by architect Bruno Erpicum on nearly 17,000 square metres with an infinity pool, an indoor pool, a private cinema, a gym and its own security control room, drew about 400 people by 3:30am against an official capacity of 12. Both ran the identical playbook: guest list, wristband, QR code at the gate, private security on the property line, and a free open bar for food and drink. Neither town hall told La Voz de Ibiza it had received a complaint or opened a file.
Who is actually running these parties?
Both nights trace back to one company: Luxury Dimensions Ibiza SL, a concierge and private-events operator trading as Dimensions. Its executive director and public face, Avi Franco, appears throughout the brand's own promotional material alongside the DJs booked for its villa parties. The company's website lays out a full luxury catalogue: villa, hotel and yacht rental, custom itineraries, restaurant and beach-club bookings with unlimited cancellations, VIP-table priority at the island's big clubs, luxury car hire, bodyguards and drivers, a dedicated security team for the villas, private chef, waitstaff, bartenders, cleaning staff, and, explicitly, private event planning like the one it ran at Can Mulo. Its slogan states the business model outright.
"No hay lista de invitados, si lo sabes, lo sabes." (There's no guest list, if you know, you know.)
The name has surfaced before. In June 2025, La Voz de Ibiza documented a Dimensions-branded after-hours party, Dimension World, in a Sant Josep villa that changed its meeting point daily to dodge police and was never shut down. This June, Local Police in Sant Antoni and the Guardia Civil did dismantle a Dimensions event at a Can Mulo property, The Cube, Everlife Motel, a planned 20-hour party with a lineup of Seth Troxler, Bedouin and Sébastien Léger and a logistics budget estimated around one million euros.
Why doesn't Ibiza's DJ blacklist touch this?
A month earlier, after a 1,000-person illegal rave was broken up in a Buscastell villa, Consell d'Eivissa vice-president Mariano Juan demanded every club on the island write a clause into DJ contracts: play a clandestine villa party, get fired on the spot and never booked again. Ocio de Ibiza, the main nightlife association, had already pledged not to rebook DJs caught playing clandestine events, but Juan wanted it written into every contract, including at independent clubs. None of that reaches Luxury Dimensions Ibiza SL. The clause targets the freelance DJ behind the decks, the person with the least legal protection and the most to lose from a club blacklist. It says nothing about the registered company selling the villa, the security, the bar and the marketing around them, the entity that kept running events again this month with its face and its slogan in plain sight.
