KKR's Festival Company Just Handed DGTL to Its Own Techno Rival, and Killed Three Other Dutch Parties Outright
Superstruct Entertainment, the KKR-owned festival conglomerate, has dissolved its Dutch subsidiary Apenkooi Events, folding DGTL's booking and production into Monumental (the operator behind its own Awakenings brand) and discontinuing STRAF_WERK, Pleinvrees and Amsterdam Open Air outright from May 1, 2026.
