Victor Rudek, the CEO behind Berlin's HIVE Festival and DSTRKT club, is opening ROSA, a 1,200-capacity sex-positive and kink club, inside the Storkower Strasse 121 address that housed the legendary Mensch Meier until its 2023 closure.
