A mid-August raid across Coyoacán, Cuauhtémoc and Tlalpan broke up a 500-person illegal party in Mexico City's Centro, the sharpest strike yet in a citywide nightlife-enforcement campaign that has now closed dozens of venues since March, even as an administrative tribunal has ordered at least one shuttered club reopened.
