Why does a beach club in Uluwatu need two different lineups for one weekend?
Savaya isn't blending its genres this time around. ZAMNA, the clifftop party brand that also stages desert takeovers in Egypt's Sinai, is splitting its Bali return across two distinct nights: October 17 goes House & Techno, October 18 goes Afro House. Same stage, same sunset-to-sunrise cliffside setup, two different rooms worth of artists who rarely share a bill elsewhere either.
Who's actually playing?
Day one belongs to Innellea, the Munich producer whose melancholic, rave-leaning records on Diynamic and Afterlife have made him one of German house's steadier exports. He shares the night with Brina Knauss and the in-house Zamna Sound System, a lineup built for the melodic, four-to-the-floor crowd that already knows Savaya from its techno weekends.
Day two belongs to Afro house, and it isn't an afterthought. DJEFF, the Lisbon-born, Angolan-and-Cape-Verdean producer who's been building the genre's international profile for close to two decades, headlines alongside Moojo and Zimbabwe's Nitefreak. The real draw for anyone tracking the genre's breakout year is Vanco, the Johannesburg producer born Kudzai Blessing Mawoyo. His 2025 single "Ma Tnsani (Yalla Habibi)," with AYA, cleared 80 million streams and was the most Shazammed track of Ibiza's season, according to Mixmag, the kind of number that turns a support slot into a headline one.
Afro house getting a dedicated headline night, not a support slot buried in a European techno weekend, is the actual story here.
What does a split bill in Bali actually say?
Southeast Asia's premium club circuit has spent the past few years importing Ibiza's and Berlin's rosters wholesale. Splitting a single weekend into a house-and-techno night and a separate, equally headlined Afro house night is a different signal: the promoter is betting both audiences exist in Bali in numbers worth their own ticket tier, rather than folding one into the other's undercard. Tickets for October 18 run IDR 800,000 (about USD 50), a touch below the house night's IDR 1.2 million, with a two-day pass at IDR 1.6 million. Doors open at 3pm both days; entry is 21+ with ID, confirmed by both Savaya and Indonesian ticketing platform Megatix.
