Berlin Nearly Lost R.A.W.-Gelände. A Million-Euro Rent Just Bought It Two More Years.
Friedrichshain-Kreuzberg district has signed a contract with landlord Kurth-Immobilien to lease R.A.W.-Gelände for roughly one million euros a year, halting eviction threats against Cassiopeia and the rest of the cultural site for at least two years.
