Madonna's 14-minute 'Confessions II - The Film', now on YouTube, threads six songs from her July album and stacks the cast with club-world faces, Honey Dijon, Arca and Shygirl among them, as she returns to the house-and-disco sound of 2005's 'Confessions on a Dance Floor'.
